With people wanting to live in neighborhoods and be in touch with their communities, our investments in infill real estate are usually clustered together to create urban centers. We like to invest in neighborhoods that are in the process of becoming popular.
Our other areas of focus are specialty buildings that are needed by operating companies. Although the risk is higher so are the returns. We always feel like we could fall back on our knowledge of operating businesses in these niche markets if we failed at being the landlord.
